These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bethdb platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before you play.
Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the bethdb platform is conditional upon full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding beyond the registration stage, you confirm your acceptance.
These Terms apply to all services provided by bethdb, including but not limited to: online casino games (live dealer tables, slots, RNG card games), sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), promotional bonuses and loyalty rewards, and all customer support interactions. They apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible.
bethdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the bethdb platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, game, or service, the more specific document shall take precedence only for the matter it directly addresses. For all other matters, these Terms govern.
Eligibility & Registration
bethdb is a platform exclusively for adults. Before creating an account, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out below.
To register and maintain an account on bethdb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the bethdb platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bethdb employee or associated business partner.
- You understand and accept that online casino gaming and sports betting carry financial risk, and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers.
- You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with local laws.
- All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bethdb applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or if unusual account activity is detected.
Accepted identity documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification. Proof of address documents such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be required.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or withdrawal holds until verification is complete. bethdb does not penalise players for completing KYC — it is a player-protection measure.
Account Responsibilities
Once your bethdb account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity carried out under your login credentials and for maintaining the security of your account at all times.
You are required to keep your password confidential and must not share your login details with any other person. bethdb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
You must notify bethdb immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. bethdb cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain password security or failed to report a known compromise in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and current. Changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment details must be updated via the account settings page. bethdb may request re-verification of your identity following significant account detail changes.
Player Obligations
- Keep login credentials strictly private and secure.
- Report suspected unauthorised account access without delay.
- Keep all personal and payment details accurate and up to date.
- Complete KYC verification when requested by bethdb.
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
bethdb Obligations
- Maintain SSL-encrypted protection of your account data.
- Process verified withdrawals within the stated timeframes.
- Provide 24/7 English-language support for account issues.
- Apply responsible gaming tools when requested by the player.
- Notify players of material changes to these Terms in advance.
- Investigate account disputes and communicate findings honestly.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bethdb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bethdb supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast and convenient access for players across Bangladesh.
bethdb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No USD or foreign currency wallet is required — your entire account balance is denominated and displayed in BDT.

- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience withdrawal holds until verification documents are submitted and approved.
- bethdb reserves the right to request additional proof of payment source for large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection of account standing.
- Deposits made using bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a player's account, bethdb reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit. Players must not wager funds that they know or suspect have been credited in error.
- bethdb does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile network operator or bank) may apply their own charges. bethdb is not responsible for third-party fees.
Bonuses & Promotions
bethdb offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
The standard wagering requirement for bethdb welcome bonuses is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of opt-in. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
Each promotion has a defined validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been withdrawn or wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry. bethdb will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Bonus Eligibility Rules
- Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or have active deposit limits that prevent qualifying deposits.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bets placed with real money before a bonus is claimed do not count toward the wagering requirement of that bonus.
- bethdb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
- Players may opt out of all promotional communications at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account abuse — will result in all bonus funds being voided and may result in permanent account closure.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the bethdb platform — whether on sports markets or casino games — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering.
Sports Betting Rules
- All sports bets are final once confirmed on the platform. bethdb does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the case of a verified technical error on the platform's part.
- In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after a bet has been placed, bethdb's specific sport rules for that event type shall determine whether the bet stands, is voided, or is settled at reduced odds.
- bethdb reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a pricing error. Players will be notified promptly and the stake will be returned to the account balance.
- In-play betting markets close automatically at defined moments during a live event (e.g., at the fall of a wicket, the start of an over in cricket). Bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted, regardless of any display latency on the player's device.
- Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed on individual market pages and are subject to change during high-volume periods such as ICC World Cup or BPL final rounds.
Casino & Slots Rules
- All casino game outcomes on bethdb are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). bethdb does not alter or influence game outcomes.
- In the event of a game disconnection during a live dealer session or an active slot spin, the game round will be completed automatically by the system. Reconnecting to the platform will display the result of the completed round.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Free play or demo modes are available for most slot titles. Live dealer games require real-money participation.
- Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, by player account tier, and during promotional periods.
- bethdb is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the player misunderstanding game rules, odds, or paytable structures. It is the player's responsibility to play informed.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bethdb platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
- Registering more than one account on the bethdb platform, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or gather data from the bethdb platform without express written consent.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through bethdb. Such activity will be reported to the relevant sporting authorities.
- Using the bethdb platform to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or conduct any other financially illegal activity. bethdb cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators.
- Abusing, threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward bethdb support staff or other players on any bethdb communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the bethdb platform, including its game content, odds data, software architecture, or visual design.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person without that person's knowledge and explicit consent, or acting as an unlicensed betting agent using the bethdb platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bethdb support or compliance teams.
- Immediate account suspension pending investigation
- Permanent account closure without appeal
- Forfeiture of all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings
- Withholding of withdrawable balance pending legal review
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Account Closure & Suspension
Both players and bethdb have the right to close or suspend an account. The circumstances and procedures for each scenario are set out below.
You may request closure of your bethdb account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not refundable.
Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. bethdb may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is in breach of these Terms; the player has provided false registration information; the account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, withdrawal of funds may be suspended pending investigation.
